Vendor Registration

Whether you represent a small business or a large corporation seeking an opportunity to provide goods and services to Topeka Public Schools, we welcome your interest.

Vendors working with TPS are required to be registered with the District. Prospective vendors are strongly encouraged to register with Vendor Access as soon as possible.

1. Click on the “Vendor Access” link provided above
2. Click “Sign-In” (even if you do not have an account)
3. On the next page you will see an option to “Create an Account” by scrolling to the bottom of the page.
4. Follow instructions provided

Your information will be entered in our vendor database.

INSTRUCTIONS - 2 Step Process

If you have previously registered with Public Purchase, please proceed directly to step 2.

1. Register with Public Purchase:
   Use the link below to begin the registration process. It can take up to 24 hours for your account to become active. You will receive an email from [email protected] letting you know your account is activated. Be sure and add this email address to your contacts to avoid the bid notification emails being sent to your junk folder.

2. Register with Topeka Public Schools:
1. Once you have received your activation email from Public Purchase log into www.publicpurchase.com and accept the terms and conditions of use.
2. Click on the "Tools" tab, then Click on the "Agencies" tab.
3. This will take you to the agency search page. In the “Agency Name” box type in Topeka Public Schools. Leave the "new agency since" box blank. Make sure Registration Status says "ALL". Click on "search," this will bring up the agency name below the search box. On the far right-hand side of the screen, you will see "View" and "Register." Click on the "Register" link to complete the vendor registration process.

It is important that this second part of the registration is complete, or you will not receive notifications of upcoming quote opportunities from the Topeka Public Schools. It is your responsibility to keep the information up to date, particularly the contacts and email addresses.
