7:30 AM - 12:00 PM

1:00 PM - 4:30 PM

The clinic nurse is available to treat minor work-related injuries and to determine if hospital services are required.

At the time of the incident, it is helpful to have the principal, secretary, or another employee communicate with the nurse before sending an injured employee to the clinic.

This clinic does NOT replace the employee's primary care physician and is NOT listed as a provider for any insurance, including Medicare.

The Health Connection Clinic is not authorized to prescribe or dispense medications.
