Keith Tatum is a native Kansan, born
in Manhattan and raised in Topeka. Mr. Tatum has dedicated his career to
public service and in empowering every voice within our community. His
professional experience includes nonprofit administration and 20+ years of
diverse leadership capacities in Kansas government, including for the Kansas
Council on Developmental Disabilities, the Kansas Volunteer Commission, and the
Kansas Department of Education. He currently serves as the Director of Training
and Staff Development for the Kansas Neurological Institute.
Additionally, Mr. Tatum is an Adjunct Professor with the Family and Human
Services Department at Washburn University.
Mr. Tatum holds a Master’s Degree in
Public Administration from the University of Kansas, and a Bachelor’s Degree in
Psychology from Washburn University. He and his wife, Teresa, live in
Topeka and have a wonderfully-blended family consisting of 10 children and one
grandson.
