Reporting a COVID-19 Exposure

If a TPS student or staff member has tested positive for COVID-19 or had a COVID-19 exposure, please complete the TPS COVID-19 Self Reporting Form, and a district health official will contact you the next business day.

Families are encouraged to call the TPS COVID-19 Help Line at 785-438-HELP (785-438-4357) if they have questions related to district COVID-19 resources, testing, or protocol.
