Topeka Public Schools proudly celebrates Mr. Troy St. Clair, physical education teacher at Scott Dual Language Magnet School, for being named the 2026 Region 2 Elementary Kansas Teacher of the Year by the Kansas State Department of Education.
With 16 years of dedication to TPS, Mr. St. Clair has made a lasting impact through his innovative approach to physical education, inspiring students to develop a lifelong love for health and wellness.
