Welcome Back

Welcome back, Topeka Public Schools! We are excited to begin a new school year and welcome our students, both new and returning, back to our classrooms and school communities.

The first days of school are filled with new beginnings, familiar faces, new opportunities, and excitement for what the year ahead will bring. From our youngest learners entering kindergarten to students beginning a new chapter in middle school or high school, every student has a place and a story to look forward to this year.

Reminder: Late Start Fridays begin this Friday, August 21. Elementary schools will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Late Start Fridays.
