Celebrating Black History Month at Topeka Public Schools

February is Black History Month, a time to recognize, honor, and celebrate the incredible contributions, achievements, and lasting legacy of Black Americans who have helped shape our history, culture, and communities.

Throughout the month, Topeka Public Schools will be sharing stories, highlights, and moments from across our schools as students and staff engage in meaningful learning, reflection, and celebration. These experiences honor the past, uplift the present, and inspire the future.
