New adventures abound! Sara Jennings and her family of three just moved to the Topeka area from Denver, Colorado to join the College Prep family! Mrs. Jennings attended Western State College of Colorado, where she majored in History and graduated with her Bachelor's degree in May of 2006. After substitute teaching for three years, Mrs. Jennings moved to Liberal, Kansas where she was an eighth grade United States history teacher, AVID teacher, volleyball and track coach. Liberal was wonderful, but Colorado was calling her home. Once back in the Centennial State, Mrs. Jennings taught at Commerce City, and then moved northwest to Westminster where she taught at Scott Carpenter Middle School for four years. Bringing her husband, Jason, and new baby, Dashiell, in town, Mrs. Jennings is going to be part of the College Prep Academy team as a college and careers advocate.
