1099-G UPDATE:
Employees receiving a 1099-G form for a fraudulent unemployment claim will need to go to https://www.dol.ks.gov/ui-forms and scroll down to the 1099-G Form section. Instructions are provided on how to dispute receiving the funds shown on the 1099-G form. It is recommended you include the police report number received when the unemployment fraud was originally reported.
