TPS teachers kicked off the year for a 501 wonderful start!

Over 2,000 staff members held the largest back to school academic pep rally in the region. The Topeka High School Drumline

, Topeka West High School Cheerleaders

, and Highland Park High School Band

were amazing! Our student speaker, Simone Holloway, moved the crowd to tears, and NiJaree Canady, USA Softball Champion, inspired the crowd as her jersey was retired.

Lewis Toyota of Topeka and the Superintendent teamed up to provide a brand new Toyota Highlander SUV for a very special giveaway, in addition to Sunflower Showdown tickets from Lewis Toyota! Advisors Excel cheered on the staff as committed business partners investing in TPS.

We are a house UNITED! Thank you to our Superintendent, school board, and ALL of our amazing TPS staff for reminding us to “Love One Another”
