    Dear TPS Families,

Thank you for your support and patience as we prepare the new instructional model.  We love and miss our children! Today in communicating with the Shawnee County Health Department, we were informed that our plans to allow students to pick up (by appointment) their devices as an essential instructional need could occur as the safe-at-home order was being prepared as a possibility. Today, the order was announced for thirty days.  We can continue to provide food and allow students this week to get devices in compliance with the health department guidelines.  That step will allow students to remain at home and still engage in school activities.  Devices are being distributed for students in kindergarten and in secondary schools this week. Starting on Monday, lunch will be distributed by our bus drivers throughout the county as well and the bus routes are being posted on the resource link.  Principals are also sharing the routes this week with parents to share where breakfast and lunches will be distributed. Please let your principal know if you have any questions.  We have served over 9,000 lunches since we started serving lunches with the help of our clergy.
